Yes, we accept returns & exchanges in case of genuine issues like:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged item upon arrival

We do not accept returns for color variations due to screen display differences or if the saree has been used/altered.

For faster support, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Unstitched products like sarees generally do not have sizing issues. For kurtis and kids section check size chart before placing order. 
If there is custom stitching involved, minor alterations should be handled locally.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email us at care@sharinceboutique.com within 48 hours, along with pictures of the issue. We’ll review your case and provide a resolution.
