1. Return / Exchange Eligibility

  • You must initiate the return or exchange within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.

  • When requesting a return, please provide your order number and an unpacking video clearly showing the condition of the product at the time of opening.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Products that are worn, damaged, altered, or missing tags will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • Sale / discounted / clearance items are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or defective.

2. What We Will Do

  • Once we receive your return request, we’ll verify your claim (based on the unpacking video and item condition).

  • If approved, we will either:

    • Offer an exchange for the same or similar product (based on availability), or

    • Issue a refund or store credit, as per our policy.

  • Refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

  • Use a trackable courier service to ensure your package reaches us safely.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit if arranged by the customer.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products.

  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items.

  • Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or have tags removed.

  • Accessories, innerwear, and jewelry (due to hygiene reasons).

5. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp +91 8508693018 or email care@sharinceboutique.com within 2 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and unpacking video.

  3. Wait for our team’s approval and the return address.

  4. Ship the product back within the specified time frame.

  5. Once received and verified, your exchange or refund will be processed.

6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, based on your preference and eligibility.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection.

  • Shipping charges (original or return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • All the approved exchange and replacement of damaged products will be delivered within 10-15 days.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

To ensure a smooth resolution, please follow these steps carefully:

  • Record the package from all angles before opening, showing the sealed parcel and the printed shipment label clearly on camera.

  • Unpack the product on camera in a single, continuous video without any cuts or edits.

  • Inspect the product thoroughly during the recording. If any defect or mismatch is noticed, ensure that it is clearly captured in the same video.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
In such verified cases, Sharince Boutique will cover the return shipping cost in full.

9. Address for Returns

Once your return is approved, our team will share the return address and instructions. Please pack the product carefully and send it using a trackable courier.

10. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not comply with our policy.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe return shipping of the item(s). We highly recommend using a trackable courier service.

  • We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

11. Additional Return Conditions

  • We understand that you may sometimes feel the product differs slightly from what you expected.
    However, we have a strict ‘NO RETURN’ policy in such cases.

  • Products with beads, sequins, or embroidery may naturally shed or have minor imperfections. This is not considered a defect, and no return or exchange will be accepted for such reasons.

  • International payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please order mindfully.

Sharince Boutique reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund / Exchange Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
