1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Processing times may vary slightly during festive seasons, new launches, or high-volume periods.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing the courier name and tracking ID.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Orders are generally delivered within 10–15 business days or even earlier from the date of dispatch, depending on your delivery location and courier service availability.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors beyond our control.

  • Please note that these are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you can track your shipment directly on the official website of the courier partner using the tracking number provided in your email.

  • All order-related communication, including shipping updates or queries, will be handled exclusively via email at care@sharinceboutique.com.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are free all over India.

  • For international deliveries, shipping costs depend on destination and courier rates, calculated automatically during checkout.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If you are unavailable during delivery, most courier partners will attempt a re-delivery or contact you directly else you can pick it up yourself from the nearest hub.

  • Sharince Boutique is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete contact details, or unavailability of the recipient.

  • Please ensure your address, pin code, and contact information are correct at checkout. For Undelivered returns, shipping charges of 100 rupees will be deducted if customer wants to cancel the order.

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • If you notice that your package is damaged, opened, or tampered with, please do not accept it from the courier.

  • Instead, record a clear video of the parcel and contact us via email (care@sharinceboutique.com) within 24 hours of delivery attempt.

  • Our support team will guide you through verification and resolution steps.

7. International Orders

  • International shipping is available to select destinations.

  • Customs duties, import fees, or taxes (if applicable) are not included in the product or shipping price and must be borne by the customer.

  • Delivery time for international orders may extend beyond 15 business days depending on the country and customs procedures.

8. Cancellations or Address Changes

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified only before dispatch. Once shipped, no cancellation or change can be made.

  • To update your shipping address, contact us via email at care@sharinceboutique.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

9. Delay Disclaimer

We strive to deliver all orders promptly, but Sharince Boutique will not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond our control.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
